An innovative packaging system capable of tightly sealing in the natural aromas, taste and fragrance of freshly roasted coffee for a shelf-life of three years. The freshly roasted and air-cooled beans are immediately introduced into airtight containers wich have previously been filled with a colourless, odourless inegart gas replacing the atmospheric oxygen. the special valve seal has been calibrated to reach a safety pressure level, capable of freezing the maturating process and thereby guaranteeing at all that the product reaches the consumers at its freshest enabling them to appreciate the different flavour to their maximum.
