When Giuseppe Molinari, representative of the fifth generation, joined the company, the roasting, packaging and marketing of coffee invested in innovation.

The constant, meticulous control of the whole production process combined with an efficient company organisation and a strict eye on customer satisfaction, have lead to constant growth in the company.

All this has enabled Caffè Molinari to extend beyond the confines of the local provinces and place itself amongst market leaders not only in Italy, but also worldwide. Through its distributors the company covers the five continents.




This constant attention to product quality has enabled the company to obtain four internationally- recognised quality certificates. In 1999 the company gained the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate and recently it has obtained the following certificates:

- BRC (Britsh Retail Consortium Global Standard Food)


- IFS (International Food Standard)

- PCT (Russia Food Standard)

Research and development of new technologies are the order of the day in the company, which constantly creates products which meet the needs of a market ever more intent on quality.
