PREPARATION
WITH BLENDER
Put 100ml - 125ml of fresh milk into the blender, together with 3 spoonfuls of the product and 10-12 ice cubes (preferably cut). Turn the blender on at its highest speed. The procedure is over when the beverage has obtained the texture of water ice. Serve in the appropriate glass.

WITH SLUSH MACHINE
Melt very well the powder into 1 lt. of water and put the liquid into the slush machine. Then add 2 litres of water and 2 litres of fresh milk. ATTENTION !!!! 1) for a correct use of the slush machine do not produce littlest quantities 2) use the product within 36 hours 3) carefully clean the slush machine before any new use.
